PENNICK


Faith Pennick is a Chicago-born and raised writer and filmmaker. Her documentary and narrative films have aired on U.S. television and screened at film festivals throughout the world. Pennick’s book about D’Angelo’s Voodoo album for Bloomsbury’s “33 1/3 Music” series was named one of the “Best Music Books of 2020” by Variety magazine. Pennick earned her B.A. at the University of Michigan and an M.A. at New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study.
